SNB - TERMS & CONDITIONS

General Rules:

1.       Cards are not transferable and are the property of Ingo’s SNB. Any attempt to change/transfer/sell your stall or card without approval of the management will result in termination membership.

2.       Change in size, height and dimension of the stall is NOT permitted.

3.       You are responsible for keeping your stall and surroundings clean. Failure to do so will result in facing action by the management.

4.       No hassling, No shouting, No violence, No Drugs, No loud personal music (cd stalls).  More than two complaints towards a stall or stall owner will result in termination of membership.

5.       All payments must be made to the authorized Ingo’s SNB personnel only! NEVER make payments to anyone else (eg. security or maintenance staff). In case of attempted extortion inform the management immediately.

6.       The maximum speed on bazaar grounds is 10km. Only vehicles with special permit are allowed inside the market area and strictly no vehicles are allowed in after 4:30pm. Please ensure this for your safety and the safety of others.

7.       Stalls should be occupied by 5:00pm. Stalls not claimed by 5:30pm will be allotted to “waiting list clients” unless management has been informed of late arrival.

8.       Persons qualifying for reduced rent (artists, painters, sculptors, stone carvers, magicians etc.) are supposed to demonstrate their skills live at their stalls.

9.       Creativity, uniqueness & diversity of merchandise are given priority when allotting new stalls.

10.   Power wattage availability per stall is 200watts (+/-). Only Yellow Lights are permitted (light bulbs, tube lights, power savers). Blue lights (day light) are not allowed. We advise the usage of power saver bulbs which are also available in Yellow color, which not only consume less electricity, but also up to 20 light bulbs can be used per stall. (they come with a 1 yr warranty)

11.   Food stalls must take special care of smoke pollution (hamburger grills etc.). Impeccable cleanliness is expected. Prices must be clearly exposed. FDA license is required and must be displayed.

 

THE FOLLOWING STALL CHARGES WILL APPLY:

1.            A monthly maintenance and service charge will be charged to everybody:

This includes maintenance of bazaar and parking spaces, cleaning of the bazaar, availability of water, generators for electricity, maintenance of toilet facilities, garbage collection, garbage disposal, and market security.

SERVICE CHARGES (monthly):

Rs. 1200 for “Table  stalls”       Rs. 2000 for “Sinlge stalls”       Rs. 3000 for “Double stalls”

Rs. 3500 for “Bars & Food stalls”

*ALL MAINTENANCE CHARGES ARE COLLECTED MONTHLY (1ST SATURDAY MARKET OF THE MONTH!!)

2.       Weekly stall rents are:

Rs. 200 for all “ambulant sellers”         Rs. 300 for “Table Stalls”        Rs. 500 for “Single Stalls”

Rs. 1000 for “Double Stalls”                  Rs. 1500 for “ Bars & Food Stalls”

*ALL WEEKLY STALL RENTS ARE COLLECTED WEELKLY!!

*Temporary assigned stall fees are 1000/- per market

3.       Due to our experiences in collecting stall fees towards the end of the season the management has decided to collect your last month’s rent at the beginning of the season. This payment will be adjusted in regard to your departure time.

Seasonal payment of stall fees is possible and can be negotiated with the management.
